Integrity
Honouring our promises and working in an ethical, honest and truthful way.

Our story
Milzet was formed in August 2000 to take advantage of opportunities in South Africa in the property development and management sector, as well as the talent and skills development sector.
The company was founded by Ms Nomathemba Kubheka, whose passion for skills development and youth empowerment flourished in the late 1990s — as the shifting political and economic landscape exposed the country's great need for a qualified workforce that contributes positively to black economic empowerment through sector economic charters. This led to the birth of Milzet Institute.
Alongside the Institute, Milzet Consulting manages multi-million rand property development and facilities management projects for clients like Joburg Property Company, Denel Properties, TFMC and the Department of Public Works.
Milzet strives for service excellence, on which survival, profitability and growth — as well as the development of the nation — depend. The company is owned and managed by individuals from previously disadvantaged communities who have diverse skills and experience in property economics, management, maintenance and property development, and is 100% Black woman owned.
“As Milzet we look forward to getting to know you and providing you with solutions to move your business forward.”

Transformation
Certified Black-owned · 100% Black woman owned
MILZET is certified by an accredited B-BBEE verification agency as a Black-owned company with unconstrained operational capacity. Black Economic Empowerment recognises that training and development play a key role in poverty reduction. It is in this regard that companies use MILZET's experience, knowledge and resources to rigorously support and nurture aspiring professionals from previously disadvantaged communities.
The mandate of MILZET is to contribute towards the goals of government by increasing the employability of unemployed South African youth — upskilling them with readiness training and equipping them with skills that support entrepreneurship and self-employment. This is achieved through strategic partnerships with government departments, private companies, and private and public colleges, offering training, learnerships, internships and in-service training to youth nationally.
MILZET also works with local SMMEs and local labourers on property and construction projects to uplift them.
